Social Diary | Style Sip Shop x The Kierra Quinn + DENYM + How To Book a Style Party

Monday, January 16, 2017

Last Thursday I partnered up with DENYM, a local boutique in Downtown Grand Rapids, + hosted my FIRST Style Event! It was a Style | Sip | Shop Night. Guests were encouraged to bring one item from their closet that they were on the fence about, + I gave them advice to keep or get rid of their item. Everyone also received a Style Must Haves Checklist, designed by me, that highlighted basic items every closet should have. {I even had a list ready for men too!} On top of that, guests were able to sip wine + mingle, while shopping too! It was such a good turn out for my first event, quite a few local influencers came out to support, including close friends + I even got a chance to meet + make connections with people I had never met before.

One of my goals for 2017 is to promote my Style Consultation business by partnering with local boutiques + shops. I can honestly say my first try at this was a success + I can't wait to have another. Thank you to everyone that was able to make the event + who messaged me feedback + encouraging words too!

Take a look at a few behind the scenes photos, courtesy of my #instagramhusband, below. Along with details about a private Style Party I hosted this weekend + how you can book yours too!

An inside look at DENYM moments before the event started. {+ yes it always looks this perfect!}

I'm sure this won't be our last event together.
This is what it looks like when bloggers finally meet + can put an Instagram name with an actual face!
It was so nice meeting Domonique, a local Style Infulencer. Be sure to check out her blog, And She Loved {HERE} + Instagram {HERE}.

These ladies were here to shop + made my event their Girls Night Out.
It was nice having the chance to meet new faces + explain my styling services.

I also had the opportunity to host a Private Style Party at a client's home this weekend. She invited her closest friends who also brought pieces from their closets for me to assess. I also offered winter style tips using my staple pieces as examples. Everyone walked away with a new style tip to put to use.
